When you send your device to us, you should choose a reputable shipping company and use appropriate packing materials to keep your media safe. This guide will help you pack hard drives, RAID arrays, flash media and other devices.

1. Pack with static shielding bags

Pack your device in a static shielding bags, they have anti-static properties, also protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
If you have multiple device please wrap them individually.

2. Enclose tightly with bubble wrap.

Enclose each device with bubble wrap with multiple layers individually.

3. Strong cardboard box packing

Do not use damage and wear before packing. 
Padding with thermocol, crumpled paper nd bubble wrap.

4. Enclose and label address 

Seal the box, write address and contact details outside the box in bold.
Write your service ID number if available.


5. Courier and tracking number

Choose good courier company who can handle safely.
Send us courier tracking number.
